What's the best way to use peer mocks on PCA Pilot?

Post a mock request on PCA Pilot after every session — don't wait for someone to invite you. Both people need to post in order for matching to happen. When you do a mock, record it through the platform so your CSM and coaches can review it and give calibration feedback on both your performance and your effectiveness as an interviewer. Starting with written prep is the recommended order: write out your responses as if speaking, then record yourself, then move to live mocks with peers. This layered approach lets you work out the content before adding the pressure of live verbal delivery and time management.
