What's the right way to communicate with my CSM day to day?
Pilot Chat is the primary channel and the fastest way to get a response. Your CSM is in Pilot throughout the day and will be much slower on email. Use PCA Chat for daily updates, questions, sharing job descriptions, sending your stories for review, and flagging anything urgent. Keep updates brief: a few bullet points on what you did, what's coming up, and what you need. Consistent short updates are more valuable than occasional long messages. If something is time-sensitive — like an interview scheduled for next week — flag it in PCA Chat immediately with the company, role, and timeline so your CSM can prioritize accordingly.
