How much outreach should I be doing daily?
The target is 20 to 30 LinkedIn connection requests per day, sent to recruiters and product leaders at your target companies. This is a numbers game: expect a 10 to 20% response rate, meaning at a minimum you'll be generating four to six new connections per day at that volume. Out of those who connect, roughly 20 to 30% will lead to something meaningful — a conversation, a referral, or a warm introduction. If you're sending five or ten messages total and waiting to see what happens, you are not generating enough pipeline to get consistent results. Volume and consistency are both required.
