I'm approaching an offer. What's the process for getting negotiation help from PCA?

As soon as you sense an offer is coming, ping your CSM in Slack and let them know. You don't need to wait for a formal written offer. Your CSM will set up a group text thread with you and Alex so everyone is aligned and can guide you in real time. Keep the offer verbal for as long as possible — once it's in writing or entered in a system, it becomes harder to change. From there, treat it exactly like a structured negotiation: base, then bonus, then equity, then sign-on. Alex will coach you through each back-and-forth as it happens.
