How should I prioritize my time in the first two to four weeks of the program?

Three things in parallel, with this rough weighting: (1) get your resume to a solid general baseline — your CSM handles most of this, but review it promptly and provide feedback so it can be finalized; (2) submit baseline assessments in Circle to get coach feedback on your stories and interview performance; and (3) start outreach immediately — don't wait for your resume to be perfect before beginning to build network contacts. If you have an active loop, that loop becomes the top priority and everything else supports it. Attend at least one outreach group session in the first week so you understand the strategy and have templates ready to use. After that first week, the daily rhythm is: check PCA Pilot for new applications, send your 20 to 30 LinkedIn outreach messages, work on stories or assessments during your protected time block, and communicate progress to your CSM regularly in Slack.
