Contact your CSM right away and tell them the company, the role, and the timeline. The goal is to push the hiring manager call out by at least one to two weeks if at all possible, to create preparation time. While that's being arranged: submit your baseline behavioral assessments immediately (tell me about yourself, one positive story, one negative/failure story), request the company-specific prep materials from your coach, and ask your CSM to put together a hiring manager guide for the specific role. Ping your CSM once the assessments are submitted so they can expedite the coaching review — normal turnaround is one to two days, but with an urgent loop it can be prioritized. Even a few days of focused prep with coach feedback is significantly better than going in cold.
