PCA Pilot does auto-apply for me. Should I just turn it on and let it run, or do I need to manage it?
You should actively manage it, especially at senior levels. Auto-apply works well for generating volume, but at director-plus levels there are fewer relevant roles overall, which means the bot needs more careful calibration to avoid applying to things that aren't a fit. Review your Pilot settings, check which roles it's targeting, and adjust as needed. You can also message the Pilot support team directly to tweak the targeting. In parallel, use Easy Apply for anything you spot on LinkedIn that isn't captured by Pilot — the two tools together give you the most complete coverage. The goal is that you're never spending more than a few minutes on any individual application; the cognitive bandwidth you save on applications should go directly into outreach.
