Yes. Compensation on a job description is almost always just the base salary, and it's rarely a hard ceiling. Total comp includes bonus, equity, sign-on, and other buckets, and PCA has seen all of these move significantly during negotiation — including bases that supposedly couldn't move. Keep going until you have a full picture. The conversation you have at offer time is completely different from what the JD says. The only time to walk away early is if the base is so far below your minimum that no combination of other buckets could close the gap. If you genuinely like the company and the role, stay in the process and let PCA help you negotiate when the time comes.
