I've applied to hundreds of jobs and gotten zero callbacks. What's wrong?

Don't panic yet — first, look at timing. If most of your applications went in more than 24–48 hours after posting, speed is likely the issue, not the resume. Second, check your LinkedIn optimization — your headline, skills, and Boolean search terms need to be in order to support your applications. Third, if you've done 100+ applications with strong timing and still no callbacks, your CSM and broader team will take a close look at the resume itself. At 100+ applications with good timing and no response, something specific needs to be fixed — and the whole team will weigh in.
