Neutralize your language. Remove industry-specific jargon and replace it with transferable, industry-agnostic terms. For example, risk analysis in insurance becomes risk modeling or machine learning-based pricing — applicable across fintech, e-commerce, and beyond. Compliance work, marketplace experience, and data platform ownership all translate across industries when described at the right level of abstraction. Your CSM and coaches will help identify which of your experiences translate and how to frame them.
