What do I need to prepare for a recruiter screen specifically?

Focus on three things: (1) a tight "Tell Me About Yourself" answer (one to one and a half minutes), (2) a concise "Why are you looking?" answer (30 seconds), and (3) basic knowledge about the company and role. Recruiters may ask one or two light behavioral questions but mostly they'll tell you about the role and process. You don't need your full story bank ready for a recruiter screen.
