Raise it with your CSM right away. This is a top priority — if your resume isn't landing you interviews at the right level, everything else in the process stalls. Your CSM will escalate to Alex and the coaching team for a direct review. In the meantime, submit your baseline assessments to your coach so they can identify specific behavioral and positioning gaps.
