Look for roles where the company has an office in your area or allows hybrid arrangements. Some hiring managers are flexible on location, especially if a company has multiple offices. However, know that some hiring managers are very specific about wanting their person on-site in a particular city even if the company has offices elsewhere. Your CSM will flag those distinctions as they come up.
