What's the format for "Tell Me About Yourself" in a recruiter screen?

Structure it in three parts: (1) What you're doing today — tie it to something in the job description, (2) What you did previously — highlight experience that aligns with that company and role, (3) Why you're excited about this specific position — connect your skills to what they're trying to accomplish. The whole thing should be about one to one and a half minutes. Your CSM will customize it for you if you share the job description.
