What do interviewers actually care about beyond just answering questions correctly?
Three things:
(1) likability and communication — are you someone they'd want in a meeting or give feedback to?
(2) domain insight — do you bring a real perspective and lead in your area?
(3) coachability and flexibility — can they work with you? Perfect answers on paper won't save a candidate who comes across as difficult or rigid. Cultural fit is a real and frequent rejection reason.
