What is PCA Pilot and how does it work?

PCA Pilot is PCA's application tool. Your CSM sets it up with your customized resumes and job alert filters. You can select which resume version to use per application from a dropdown. PCA submits 5 applications per day on your behalf , and you can submit up to 15/day yourself — up to 120 applications per week (We take a break on Sundays, hopefully you do too!).
