# What should I do if my pipeline feels thin or I'm not getting traction?

Keep doing the right daily actions. Reach out to executive recruiters, recruiters, and hiring managers directly — not to ask for a job, but to have authentic conversations about their work. Build relationships so that when roles open, you can slide in. Your coach will also be working in parallel to shore up any interview gaps so you're ready to move fast when opportunities appear.
